Chocolate Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Mousse


Easy and quick, this Chocolate Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Mousse is perfect for breakfast or dessert!


Quick breakfasts, like this one, are easy and delicious. Almost like dessert, this fluffy mousse is made with greek yogurt. Top with berries, bananas, and/or nuts to your liking. These extra toppings make this simple mousse even more filling.


Chocolate Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Mousse
Serves 1

  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt (one 4oz cup)
  • 2 scant tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 heaping tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • sweetener, to taste (if needed)
  • fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)
  • chopped almonds, for garnish (optional)
Add the yogurt, cocoa powder, and peanut butter to a bowl. Stir to combine. Taste for sweetness and adjust if needed. 

Scoop into a serving bowl and top with raspberries and almonds if desired. Enjoy!
