This two ingredient No Churn Watermelon Sherbet is sweet and creamy!
Sherbet and sorbets are perfect for summer. This sherbet uses watermelon that we freeze before blending with sweetened condensed milk and a little lime or lemon juice, if desired. After freezing the mixture for a little while, it's ready to be scooped and enjoyed!
No Churn Watermelon Sherbet
- 6 heaping cups frozen watermelon chunks
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 lime or 1/2 lemon, juiced (optional)
Add all of the ingredients to a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Periodically, turn off the blender and scrape down the sides for smoother blending.
Scoop/pour the mixture into a freezer safe container. Cover securely to help avoid a icy texture. Freeze until solid.
When ready to serve, allow the sherbet to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!
