Vegan BBQ has never tasted better or been easier to make!
Two ingredients (plus buns) is all you need for these fast and meatless sandwiches! Use your favorite bbq sauce (make sure it's vegan friendly if you're vegan) to ensure that you love the final taste. I served the pulled hearts of palm on buns with sliced onion and pickles. So perfect served with a huge fresh salad and ice cold tea!
BBQ Pulled Hearts of Palm
Serves 2
- 1 (14 oz) can hearts of palm (drained, rinsed, & roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup vegan bbq sauce
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the hearts of palm. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes to crisp slightly. Add bbq sauce and stir to combine. Cook for a additional 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture is well combined and the bbq is coating the hearts of palm. Serve as desired.
