Roasted vegetables are some of the easiest dishes to prepare. All you need is vegetables, oil, and spices to get perfect roast vegetables that are easy for any night of the week.

If you know someone who doesn't like brussels sprouts, please make them these. They will love them (and you) forever for making these Roasted Honey & Balsamic Brussels Sprouts! These brussels sprouts are extra special with the additions of balsamic vinegar and honey. The balsamic vinegar and honey adds a wonderful caramelization to the brussels sprouts, making these very addicting.
