Apple Cider Quick Bread

This Apple Cider Quick Bread taste like Fall in a quick loaf. Serve this on Thanksgiving's Day to really surprise your family and friends! Only 5 minutes prep for this yummy bread that'll become a favorite for you and your family this Fall!

I love this type of bread. They're quick but taste like you've been in the kitchen for hours and require only a few ingredients. I first started making beer bread after finding a recipe on one of my favorite blogs Short Stop. I've tweaked that recipe to make breads like Jalapeno Cheddar and Italian Mozzarella. You really can't go wrong when making this type of bread. If you don't feel comfortable using alcohol, feel free to use sparkling water or soda. Basically anything that's sparkling will work to make this yeast-free bread.

For this recipe, I used sparkling cider, cinnamon, and brown sugar to achieve a seasonal loaf that goes great with pork dishes or dinners with seasonal flavors. This bread also makes a great Turkey, Cranberry, & Fresh Mozzarella Grilled Cheese for a spin on a beloved favorite in my home.
