Make a bunch of smoothie packs at once for a easy breakfast or post workout snack.
Pear Almond Butter Green Smoothie
- 1/2 ripe pear, chopped into chunks
- 1/2 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 heaping cup kale/spinach, chopped
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup non dairy milk (or water)
Add the fruit, greens, and almond butter to a sealable bag, jar, or cup. Cover with a lid and freeze overnight.
When ready to make a smoothie, add the frozen ingredients to a high powdered blender and add the milk. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
