Cheeseburger Pizza

This Cheeseburger Pizza is a quick dinner anyone would love!

The trick with this pizza is the toppings and sauces. You want to make sure to have both on this pizza. Without toppings, it may be a little bland and boring. Without sauce, this pizza may be a little dry. Use whatever toppings and sauces you'd put on your favorite burger!

Cheeseburger Pizza
  • 1 (1 lb) ball fresh pizza dough
  • 1 (4 oz) block sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef, cooked & crumbled
  • toppings, such as finely diced pickles & onions, lettuce, tomatoes, diced & cooked bacon,...
  • ketchup & mustard
  • olive oil
  • cornmeal (optional)
Preheat the oven to 450 F.

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Dust a large baking sheet with cornmeal and place the dough on top of it. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and bake for 5 to 6 minutes, or until barely lightly browned.

On top of the par-cooked crust, sprinkle the cheese and ground beef. Bake for another 5 to 6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is cooked and crisped.

Move the pizza to a serving platter. Drizzle the ketchup and mustard over the pizza. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Cut into slices and enjoy!
