8 reasons to take a probiotic every day. You'll never go back!
Once I started taking probiotics every day (I take them before bed), I noticed a huge change. I felt stronger and lighter on my feet. My energy improved greatly, as well as my overall outlook on life. I just felt better. I ran out of probiotic capsules and couldn't go out and buy more for a few days, I noticed a difference. I never want to be without them again! If you love kombucha, or coconut kefir (which I love), or even good quality live sauerkraut, you'll get a ton of probiotics from those too! It's very easy to get your probiotics from food if you'd like to skip supplement capsules.
When buying capsules, I am not brand loyal, yet, and usually buy the best deal, around $15 or so each time. I always look for a vegetarian capsule (no animal gelatin) that is gluten free, soy free, and nut free. Just shop around and chose what's most important to you!
